To: Alpha Automotive 248.435.6022 3572 12 Mile Rd, Berkeley MI 48072 Hello, I'm Brian Kirkpatrick. 2012 Chevrolet Impala, white. VIN 2G1WB5E37C1306022 license plate EVQ3776 163495 mi issues: - brake pads & rear rotors; driver's rear is metal-to-metal; i didn't switch to winter tires last winter (light weather), hence i forgot to check the brake pads, which were worn the year before.. mistake on my part. - wheel bearing; think it's the driver's front, but not certain. the gas pedal vibrates more than it used to, and it's audible. haven't lifted the impala to try shaking /vibrating the wheel, but i suspect it's the bearing by the shaking. 160k+ miles.. - power steering pump; power steering failed a long while ago.. a year? not certain of the core failure, guessing it's the pump. turning at low speeds is difficult, left is more difficult than right. sometimes feels like it gets caught on something while turning. be careful when moving it; force will be needed on the steering wheel. 160k+ miles.. - minor: tire-pressure-monitor-sensor; the battery in the right rear tire has died. it came on initially, tire was fine, full pressure 30-35psi, but no readout on the dash display, only hyphens "--". got valid pressure readings again soon after, then the battery died again and stayed dead. tpms light is on when the impala starts, hit the top button on the right of the dash to acknowledge-and-bypass the dash message. 2012 model year, think it's the original batteries in the tires.. Thanks, Brian 734.355.8536 brian2kirkpatrick@gmail.com
